Where do you find your vintage pieces?

We travel to antique and vintage events throughout the country on a weekly basis, in addition to attending estate sales, and private appointments. 

 

How do I know the pieces are authentic?

All of the pieces that we purchase are evaluated by a third party certified gemologist who validates the circa, gem/stone, metal, usage, history, and signage.  Only with this verification will we add a piece to our site.

 

Do you sell other vintage items besides jewelry?

Yes!  On our Asos e-store, we offer very cool vintage purses, bags, clutches, in addition to more vintage jewelry at really great prices.

 

How much is shipping?

For our domestic shoppers, we offer free standard shipping, which is 5-10 business days.  We also offer expedited shipping for $17.50, which is 1-3 business days.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes!  For our international shoppers, our international flat rate is $19.50, which is 5-10 business days.  We do not offer international expedited shipping at this time.

 

What are pre-sale items?  And what's the hype about?

Pre-sale items allow you to buy the item before it is available in stock and then sells out.  Why?  Pre-sale orders are always pulled FIRST, so in the event that we have limited quantity, pre-sale orders have priority.  Get the size you want and order early!

 

Why should I create a log in account?

First of all, we love to honor our die hard vintage followers by having secret sales not available to the public!  Additionally, you will be the first in line to any pre-sale clothing items, new vintage jewelry finds or just cool news we want to share.  We never want to be that annoying email that appears in your inbox 10x per day, so we PROMISE to send out emails only when we have something important to share.  We will never ever sell/share customer information to any third party because we really do value the privacy of our customers and would never disclose information about them.

 

What is your return policy?

Clothing: All clothing that is unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached can be returned for a full refund or exchanged for another item.  Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item (s), and an RA will be issued for your return.  Also note that customers are responsible for the return shipping.

Jewelry: Due to the rare and often-delicate nature of our vintage pieces, all vintage sales are final.  We want our customers to be as in love with each item as we are and for the shopping experience with us to be enjoyable.  Therefore, if however an item is exorbitantly misrepresented by us in anyway, we will honor a return or exchange.  We don't want anyone to receive an item that is portrayed differently on the site, and we really want each customer to value the item that they have purchased from us.  Simply reach out to us via email (within 3 days or receiving the item) & we will contact you within one business day to issue an RA.  Following the return of the item returned in the exact condition it was received, a full refund or exchange will be issued.  Also note that customers are responsible for both return shipping and insurance. 

 

How should I care for my vintage piece?

These items are at youngest 40 years old and have outlasted some pretty incredible journeys, therefore these pieces are pretty tough cookies.  However, to maximize your pieces and keep them for a lifetime, the most important rule is to keep them dry.  Don't wash your hands with your vintage ring on, simply set it to the side.  This important fact will ensure that your item will last another 40 years and can be passed down for the next future jewelry wearer.
